Sweet Stollen cake. Wicklein makes great gingerbread and their stollen is just as delicious. Simply excellent taste. Enjoy the great Taste of Germany at Christmas. If you like to enjoy a slice of Stollen every once in while throughout the year, simply cut into individual servings (i.e, thick slices) and freeze. Remove from freezer to enjoy. Can also be toasted in a toaster oven; perhaps add a little butter when hot. Delicious! Keep cool, store in air tight container after opening to maintain freshness.
