Fine Gingerbread (Lebkuchen) cookies on baking wafers (Oblaten) with minimum 14% nuts and almonds. Sweetened with fructose and sweeteners (maltitol, mannitol and sorbitol). For sugar iced Lebkuchen: May be purgative in case of excessive consumption. These taste like our Original Gingerbread and we simply cannot tell they are Diabetic Gingerbread. This assorted package contains seven (7) Gingerbread cookies: four (4) with a light Sugar-glaze and three (3) with a Chocolate-coating on top. Delicious! Keep cool; store in an air tight container after opening.
